DAY 01: Bangalore

Bull Temple Meet on arrival and transfer to Hotel. Half-day city tour cover Lalbagh - 240 acres of beautifully sculpted gardens, flowers abound, rare collection of tropical and sub-tropical plants. GlassHouse (built on the lines of London's Crystal Palace) covers 18000sq feet. DAY 02: Bangalore / Mysore (140 Kms / 03 Hrs)

SrirangapatnaMorning breakfast and check out of the hotel and proceed to Mysore, enroute visit Srirangapatna - Island fortress of Tippu Sultan, the legendary Tiger of Mysore who put up a valiant fight against British domination. Visit Tippu's Summer Palace, Mosque, and Sriranganatha Temple. On arrival transfer to Hotel, Lunch and rest, later on in the evening free for shopping of souvenir's (Mysore silks, Woodcarvings, Sandal Wood carvings, rose woodcarvings, Mysore Paintings Etc), Dinner and Overnight.

DAY 03: Mysore

Mysore PalaceMorning breakfast, and full day sight seeing, Visit to Maharaja Palace - built in 1911-12 by Wodeyar Rulers, the palace is a splendid structure in the Indo-Saracenic Style, among its many attractions are a magnificent gold throne displayed during the Dussara celebrations. It is an entirely modern structure continuing the Hindu and Saracenic styles of Architecture, Mysore Zoo - Established with royal patronage in the 19 th century, the zoo's collection of fauna includes rare and exotic species housed in lush green environs, St. Philomena's Church - this imposing Gothic structure with beautiful stained glass windows and lofty towers is a must see, Sri Jayachamarajendra Art Gallery - the art gallery in the Jaganmohan Palace houses an excellent collection of ceramics, sandalwood, ivory, stone, antique furniture and ancient musical instruments, Chamundi Hills - perched a top a hill 13 km outside Mysore City is the temple of Chamundeshwari, the patron d deity of the Wodeyars. The 4.8m tall monolith of Nandi and the gigantic Mahishasura statue are added attractions, Visit to Mysore's famous market. and later on in the evening visit to world famous Brindavan Garden - the Krishna Raja Sagar Dam after sundown, when musical fountains and colored lights transform this place into a magical fairyland. Overnight.

DAY 04: Mysore / Kabini - (Nagarahole National Park) (90 Kms / 02 Hrs)

Kabini is pure elephant country as one can see numerous herds at a time. However, the blaze of the elusive tiger always haunts you as you roam through the verdant jungle here. Your programme starts as soon as you check in to the resort. Treat yourself to a sumptuous lunch at the Gol Ghar. A naturalists take you on a wildlife jeep safari into the Nagarahole National Park, showing & sharing with you their experiences and information about the jungle and all the animals that live there. Watch a wildlife movie as you gulp beer at the Viceroy's building. And later on dinner at Gol Ghar. Over night.

DAY 05: Kabini / Bandipur - (Bandipur Wildlife Sanctuary) (105 Kms / 02 Hrs)

Bandipur Wildlife SanctuaryMorning wake up to a early morning hot cup of tea/coffee. Cruise through the serene backwaters of the Kabini River on a motor boat viewing sleepy crocodiles and chirpy birds, intent on their morning catch. View a variety of wildlife, especially the elephants, coming to the river for bath or a drink. Alternatively, you can go on a jeep safari to sight the animals, and have a ride on the elephant in the jungle, which means you, can have the boat ride the evening before. Breakfast and check out of the resort and proceed to Bandipur wildlife sanctuary on arrival check in to the resort. Freshen up and have the sumptuous lunch spread for you at the Ghol Ghar. After a relaxed tea/ coffee, leave for a jeep safari into the Bandipur Tiger Reserve. Get together with other guests at the Ghol Ghar and share your evening experiences around a campfire. Retire after dinner

DAY 06: Bandipur / Bangalore (230 Kms / 05 Hrs)

Bandipur Wildlife SanctuaryEarly next morning after a cup of coffee/ tea, be lead by a trained naturalist into the Tiger Reserve on a nature walk. Get back to the Lodge in time for freshening up and breakfast. Checkout at 11am and proceed back to Bangalore. Tour ends.
