DAY 01: Bangalore

Cubbon ParkMeet on arrival and transfer to Hotel. Half-day city tour cover Lalbagh - 240 acres of beautifully sculpted gardens, flowers abound, rare collection of tropical and sub-tropical plants. GlassHouse (built on the lines of London's Crystal Palace) covers 18000sq feet. DAY 02:Bangalore

Iskcon TempleMorning breakfast and full day sightseeing, visit to Iskcon temple - built in an architectural style, the Krishna Temple is a blend of Modern technology and spiritual harmony, Venkatappa Art Gallery - houses the paintings and art materials of the eminent artists, Government Museum - Acclaimed as one of the oldest museums in the country, this museum houses an amazing collection of archaeological objects, including stone carvings, pottery, weapons, paintings, coins, textiles, sculptures, inscriptions, stone carvings and weapons, Tippu's Palace - Built in 1791, Tippu Sultan's summer retreat is a two-storied ornate wooden structure with fluted pillars, cusped arches and balconies. It now houses a museum that contains artifacts relating to the Hyder-Tipu regime. Later in the evening visit Indira Gandhi Musical Fountain - View the colourful swirling fountains dancing in tune to music, free for shopping at night. Dinner and overnight

DAY 03: Bangalore/Mysore (140 Kms / 03 Hrs)

SrirangapatnaMorning breakfast, check out of the hotel and proceed to Mysore, enroute visit Srirangapatna - Island fortress of Tippu Sultan, the legendary Tiger of Mysore who put up a valiant fight against British domination. Visit Tippu's Summer Palace, Mosque, and Sriranganatha Temple. On arrival transfer to Hotel. Lunch and rest, later on in the evening free for shopping of souvenir's (Mysore silks, Woodcarvings, Sandal Wood carvings, rose woodcarvings, Mysore Paintings Etc), Dinner and Overnight.

DAY 04: Mysore

Mysore PalaceMorning breakfast, and full day sight seeing, visit to Maharaja Palace -built in 1911-12 by Wodeyar Rulers, the palace is a splendid structure in the Indo-Saracenic Style, among its many attractions are a magnificent gold throne displayed during the Dasara celebrations. It is an entirely modern structure continuing the Hindu and saracenic styles of Architecture, Mysore Zoo - Established with royal patronage in the 19 th century, the zoo's collection of fauna includes rare and exotic species housed in lush green environs, St. Philomena's Church - this imposing Gothic structure with beautiful stained glass windows and lofty towers is a must see, Sri Jayachamarajendra Art Gallery - the art gallery in the Jaganmohan Palace houses an excellent collection of ceramics, sandalwood, ivory, stone, antique furniture and ancient musical instruments, Chamundi Hills - perched a top a hill 13 km outside Mysore City is the temple of Chamundeshwari, the patron d deity of the wodeyars. The 4.8m tall monolith of Nandi and the gigantic Mahishasura statue are added attractions, and later on in the evening visit to world famous Brindavan Garden - the Krishna Raja Sagar Dam after sundown, when musical fountains and colored lights transform this place into a magical fairyland. Overnight.

DAY 05: Mysore / B. R. Hills (K. Gudi) (90 Kms / 02 Hrs)

K GudiMorning breakfast and check out of the resort and proceed to K. Gudi (B.R. Hills) - A unique blend of a wildlife sanctuary and hill station, the Biligiri Ranganna Hills (B.R Hills) - is a haven for a variety of wild animals and birds, making it a 'must see' for those who love the jungle in its pristine glory. Here, one is welcome to unwind and enjoy Nature's gifts unfettered by civilization. You can experience of a lifetime where you can only expect the unexpected, the untamed and the unexplored. Your programme begins from here. Lunch and relax. At 1600Hrs, open jeep safari with a naturalists along the ups and downs of the forest paths, encounter gaur families, herds of elephants, bears, or a leopard perched on a tree. Back to the camp and Learn about the laws of the jungle through others' experiences. A wildlife film show at the Maharaja's Hunting Lodge is just about that. Later on from 20:30 Hrs Dine around the cozy campfire at the Gol Ghar. Overnight.

DAY 06: B. R. Hills / Bangalore (230 Kms / 05 Hrs)

B R HillsWake up to the songs of hill mynas and greet the misty morning with a cup of tea. Yet another ride to the depths of the jungle might bring you face to face with its 'ruler'- the Tiger and the softly treading sloth bear. Visit the sacred grove, the 1000-year old 'Doddasampige Mara', revered by the tribals. A taste of fresh honey collected by Soliga tribals, straight from the honeycomb, flavours your palate. You can even see Mother Nature unfold as you ride on an elephant, through the dense jungle. For bird watchers, this is the right time. Gear up with your binoculars and explore the mysteries of the jungle. Trek up the heights to look down on the vale. The cool breeze engulfs you as you treat yourself to a hearty breakfast at the Gol Ghar. Check out of the resort and proceed back to Bangalore. Tour ends .
