It now houses a museum that contains artefacts relating to the Hyder-Tipu regime, Bangalore Palace - Modelled on the lines of the Windsor Castle in England, the Bangalore Palace flaunts turreted parapets, battlements, fortified towers and arches. Entry to the palace is restricted. Lalbagh Gardens - Take a stroll in this 240-acre park, which is home to India's largest collection of rare tropical and sub-tropical plants, as well as many centuries-old trees. A surreal lawn surrounded by Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, an ornamental clock, a beautiful lake, a topiary park, a charming wooden bandstand and a glasshouse modelled on London's Crystal Palace. Return back to your hotel, dinner and overnight.

Brindvan Garden
Morning breakfast and check out of the hotel and proceed to Hassan, enroute visit Shravanabelagola - the monolith statue of Lord Gomateshwara, a Jain saint. Standing atop one of the hills (Indiragiri Hills) is 18 mts height and is said to be one of the tallest and most graceful monolithic statues in the world. Upon arrival at Hassan check in to hotel. Rest of the day free and overnight.

Madumalai National Park
After early morning breakfast, check out of the Resort and visit to Belur - On the banks of the Yagachi river is Belur, a star shaped temple with hand lathe-turned filigreed pillars and sculptures will take your breath away & Halebid - Just 17km away from Belur is Halebid, the ancient capital of the Hoysalas. The temple, perched on a star shaped base amidst lawns, is a sculptural extravaganza. Lunch and proceed to Mysore. On arrival check into Hotel. Relax. Later on in the evening visit to Brindavan Garden -the famous gardens at the Krishna Raja Sagar Dam after sundown, when musical fountains and colored lights transform this place into a magical fairyland. Return back to hotel, dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Madumalai National Park
Morning breakfast, proceed for full day sight seeing, visit Maharaja Palace -built in 1911-12 by Wodeyar Rulers, the palace is a splendid structure in the Indo-Saracenic Style, among its many attractions are a magnificent gold throne displayed during the Dussara celebrations. It is an entirely modern structure continuing the Hindu and saracenic styles of Architecture, Art Gallery -the art gallery in the Jaganmohan Palace house an excellent collection of ceramics, sandalwood, ivory, stone, antique furniture and ancient musical instruments, Mysore Zoo -established with royal patronage in the 19 th century, the zoo's collection of fauna includes rare and exotic species housed in lush green environs , St. Philemon's Church, Chamundeshwari Temple . and overnight.

Rose Garden
Morning breakfast, checkout and proceed to Kabini River lodge - situated in Karapur (southern Part of Nagarahole National Park) is the old hunting lodge of the Maharaja and Viceroy's. The lodge on the bank's of the river Kabini for bird watching. A naturalist guide helps you identify the many varieties of birds and wild beasts. Check in on arrival and proceed for lunch. Tea at 1545hrs and proceed for wildlife tour at 1600hrs to Nagarahole National Park. Return to camp at 1845hrs & at 1900hrs-watch wildlife film. Dinner and overnight halt at the lodge.

Fort Kochi
At 06:30hrs after coffee/tea proceed to wildlife sanctuary for coracle (local boat) and elephant ride (subject to availability of elephant). After breakfast relax. Later in the afternoon proceed for lunch. Tea at 15:45hrs and proceed for wildlife tour at 16:00hrs to Nagarahole National Park. Return to camp at 18:45hrs & at 19:00hrs-watch wildlife film. Dinner and overnight halt at the lodge.

Vembanad Lake
At 0630hrs after coffee/tea proceed to wildlife sanctuary for coracle (local boat)and elephant ride (subject to availability of elephant). After breakfast check out and proceed to Wayanad. On arrival check into resort. Lunch and relax. Later in the evening visit Pookot Lake - 3 km south of Vythiri town, a natural fresh water lake surrounded by evergreen forest and rolling hills. A fresh water aquarium with large variety of fish is an added attraction. Tourists can also avail of boating facilities, children's park, and a shopping centre for handicrafts and spices. Return back to the resort and dinner, overnight.

Morning breakfast and check out of the resort and proceed to Calicut. On arrival check into resort. Lunch and relax. In the evening visit to Kozhikode Beach - is a favourite haunt of sunset viewers. Its natural beauty and old world charm makes it a dreamy place to visit. The beach has an old lighthouse and two crumbling piers running into the sea, each more than a hundred years old. Return to resort, dinner and overnight.

Morning breakfast and check out of the resort and proceed to Cochin. On arrival check in to Backwater Resort. Lunch and relax. In the evening visit to Cochin City for shopping or go around the city streets. Return to Resort and overnight.

Morning breakfast and check out of the Resort and proceed to Alleppey to check into the Houseboat. The houseboat takes you around the backwaters of Alleppey, and all meals are provided in the houseboat. Overnight in the houseboat. All meals served on board the houseboat.

Morning breakfast in the houseboat, and check out of the houseboat at Kumarakom. On arrival at Kumarakom, transfer to Resort. Lunch and relax. Evening visit Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary - The bird sanctuary here, which is spread across 14 acres, is a favourite haunt of migratory birds and an ornithologist's paradise. Egrets, darters, herons, teal, waterfowl, cuckoo, wild duck and migratory birds like the Siberian stork that live here in flocks are a fascination for visitors. The best way to watch the birds of the Kumarakom sanctuary is a boat trip round the islands. Return back to the resort, dinner and overnight.

Morning breakfast and full day sightseeing, visit to Aruvikkuzhi Waterfalls - 2 km down a mud lane from Kumarakom is this beautiful picnic spot where streams tinkle as they make their way through the landscape and waters roar as they cascade down the mountains from a height of 100 ft. Vazhikkadavu - On the outskirts of the district is this hill station of rocky terrains sought after for its pristine nature. On one side of the main rock are extremely tall and steep rocks and on the other is a valley of fearful depth. Bordering this crude landscape like a silver lace is the Meenachil River. Kurisumala - 3km from Vazhikkadavu is this renowned Christian pilgrim centre where hundreds of devotees from far and near converge during the holy week and after, to climb the hill in faith, carrying small wooden crosses. The peaceful Monastry at the top of the hill, the silence of the hills, the cool mountain air and the lush green landscape are all soothing to the soul. Return back to the resort, dinner and overnight.

Morning breakfast, and leave for sightseeing, visit to Sivagiri Mutt - situated at an elevation, 3km east of the Janardhana Temple. This was built in 1904 by the great Hindu reformist Sree Narayana Guru. It was here that this Great Leader breathed his last in 1928. His Samadhi is visited by thousands of devotees every year. Overnight at the resort.

Later on half day sightseeing, visit to Secretariat - Built in the Roman architectural style, this is the centre of government administration in Kerala and houses the offices of ministers and the bureaucracy, Napier Museum & Art Gallery - Built in the 19th century, this Indo - Saracenic structure boasts a natural air conditioning system and houses a rare collection of archaeological and historic artefacts, bronze idols, ancient ornaments, a temple chariot and ivory carvings.
