DAY 01: Arrive at Bangalore

Cubbon ParkMeet on arrival and transfer to Hotel. Half-day city tour cover Lalbagh - 240 acres of beautifully sculpted gardens, flowers abound, rare collection of tropical and sub-tropical plants. GlassHouse (built on the lines of London's Crystal Palace) covers 18000sq feet. DAY 02: Bangalore / Cauvery Fishing Camp (110 Kms / 03 Hrs)

Cauvery Fishing CampMorning breakfast and Check out of the hotel and proceed to Cauvery Fishing Camp - Meandering through the woody landscape amidst the forests of Karnataka is the Cauvery - the most majestic and sacred river of South India. The river offers both adventure and opportunity for nature lovers. Nestled along this mighty river is the Bheemeshwari Fishing Camp, world-renowned as home to the great 'Mahseer' - the finest & the largest tropical sporting fish known to man. Tucked away from the milling crowds, yet close enough for you to reach, this camp offers a slice of nature that is entirely unique, one in which you can totally feel free. On arrival check in to your accommodation and proceed for lunch. Afternoon, tea and proceed for Fishing or Trekking, evening free. Dinner and overnight.

DAY 03: Cauvery Fishing Camp

Morning wake up to the songs of hill mynas and greet the misty morning with a cup of tea/coffee. Later on trekking or fishing, breakfast at 09.30hrs, realx until lunch. Later on Lunch, Afternoon, tea and proceed for Fishing or Trekking, evening free. Dinner and overnight.

DAY 04: Cauvery Fishing Camp / Mysore (110 Kms / 03 Hrs)

Somanatha PuraMorning wake up to the songs of hill mynas and greet the misty morning with a cup of tea/coffee. Later on trekking or fishing, breakfast at 09.30hrs, check out at 11.00hrs and proceed to Mysore, enroute visit Keshava Temple at Somanathapur - a great architectural beauty built in the 13 th century A.D. The star shaped temple with three shrines named after Prasanna Channakeshava is the latest and the best-preserved examples of Hoysala Architecture. On arrival check into a Hotel. After lunch visit Bird Sanctuary and Brindavan Garden . Overnight at hotel.

DAY 05: Mysore

Mysore PalaceMorning after breakfast, full day sight seeing, visit to Mysore Zoo - Established with royal patronage in the 19th century, the zoo's collection of fauna includes rare and exotic species housed in lush green environs, St. Philomena's Church -this imposing Gothic structure with beautiful stained glass windows and lofty towers is a must see, Sri Jayachamarajendra Art Gallery - the art gallery in the Jaganmohan Palace houses an excellent collection of ceramics, sandalwood, ivory, stone, antique furniture and ancient musical instruments. Return back to the hotel and relax until evening. Evening visit to Maharaja Palace -built in 1911-12 by Wodeyar Rulers, the palace is a splendid structure in the Indo-Saracenic Style, among its many attractions are a magnificent gold throne displayed during the Dasara celebrations. It is an entirely modern structure continuing the Hindu and saracenic styles of Architecture. Return back to the hotel and overnight.

DAY 06 : Mysore / Kabini River Lodge (90 Kms / 02 Hrs)

Chamundi HillsMorning breakfast and check out of the hotel and proceed to Kabini (Nagarahole National Park), enroute visit Chamundi Hills - perched a top a hill 13 km outside Mysore City is the temple of Chamundeshwari, the patron d deity of the wodeyars. The 4.8m tall monolith of Nandi and the gigantic Mahishasura statue are added attractions, Later on proceed to Kabini River Lodge - Nestled in the southern fringes of the Nagarahole National Park, the Kabini River Lodge is a perfect getaway for nature lovers. DAY 07: Kabini River Lodge

Jeep SafariMorning wake up to a early morning hot cup of tea/coffee. Cruise through the serene backwaters of the Kabini River on a motorboat viewing sleepy crocodiles and chirpy birds, intent on their morning catch. View a variety of wildlife, especially the elephants, coming to the river for bath or a drink. Alternatively, you can go on a jeep safari to sight the animals, and have a ride on the elephant in the jungle, which means you can have the boat ride the evening before. Breakfast. Relax. Later on at lunch time treat yourself to a sumptuous lunch at the Gol Ghar . DAY 08: Kabini River Lodge / Orange County - Coorg (110 Kms / 03 Hrs)

Orange CountyMorning safari, boating, breakfast at 10.00hrs, check out and proceed to Orange County - a Eco friendly nature resort located in Western Ghats, unlike most tourist spots, Coorg still retains its old world charm intact. This cluster villages offer, crisp air, thick tropical forests, miles of exotic spices & coffee plantations, and extensive paddy fields apart from abundance of flora and bird life. The Resort is situated in the tiny hamlet Siddapura, amidst 300 acres of coffee and spice plantations, coasted by River Cauvery and thousands of acres of Dubare Reserve Forest. DAY 09: Orange County

Golden TempleMorning breakfast and proceed for half day tour to Bylakuppe - largest Tibetan settlement in Karnataka, visit Golden Temple, Sera Je Monastic University and Tibetan handicraft center . Return to resort for lunch. Afternoon free: Dinner and Overnight.

DAY 10: Orange County / Hassan (110 Kms / 03 Hrs)

BelurMorning breakfast, checkout and proceed to Hassan. On arrival check in to hotel and lunch. Later on visit Belur - On the banks of the Yagachi River in Belur, a star-shaped temple with hand lathe-turned filigreed pillars and sculptures will take your breath away. It is the only Hoysala temple still in active worship. The most marvelous specimens of Hoysala architecture found exclusively at Belur. Halebid - Just 17 kms away from Belur is Halebid, the ancient capital of the Hoysalas. The temple, perched on a star-shaped base amidst lawns, is a sculptural extravaganza. Its walls are richly carved with an endless variety of Hindu deities, sages, stylized animals, birds and friezes depicting the life of the Hoysala kings. The temple complex has a museum which houses the idols, statues, busts and sculptures excavated by the Archaeological Department from the ruins. Dinner and overnight

DAY 11: Hassan / Bangalore (180 Kms / 04 Hrs)

ShravanabelagolaBreakfast, checkout and proceed to Bangalore, enroute visit Shravanabelagola - Jain pilgrim place, the monolith statue of Lord Gomateshwara standing a top one of the hills is 18mtrs high and is said to be one of the tallest and most graceful monolithic statues in the world. On arrival at Bangalore, drop to airport or train station to catch your flight or train. TOUR ENDS.
