Age and Responsibility

When using the site it is believed that you are 18 years of age or over and are legally allowed to do so. You have required legal permission to enter into such contracts and use this to create requisite mutual legal obligations, and are capable, ready and willing to discharge any liability you may incur as a result of the use of this site. You alone are responsible for creating and maintaining the confidentiality of your account information including the password(s). With this, you also agree to accept responsibility for all the activities done on your account.

Amendments

Once a booking has been confirmed, amendments will not be entertained. Transfer from one tour / service to another will be treated as cancellation which will lead to relevant cancellation charges. You need to apply afresh for the new service / package.

Hotel / Package Vouchers

Hotel / Package Service Vouchers are not transferable and valid only for the service mentioned therein. Any services not specifically requested, confirmed and noted on voucher will not be rendered. All extras to be paid directly to the service provider.

Health and Insurance

We strongly recommend that all our clients take travel insurance not limited to cancellation, delays, loss of deposit, medical expenses, personal accidents, loss of baggage and personal effects but also adequate insurance cover that would secure their life and property.

Payment Option

All Account payee Cheques / Demand Drafts / Bank Transfers / Credit Card Payments must be made payable to Falcon Tours & Travels, payable at Bangalore. Payments made by Indian nationals are governed by the rules and regulations of the Reserve Bank of India. Falcon Tours & Travels has no interest in your Credit Card details and hence it does not store the credit card details in database or in any data backup system or retrieval systems. You have the following payment options

• Cash
• Credit Card
• Wire or Swift Bank Transfer
• Bank Draft /Account Payee Cheque

NOTE: For Wire / Swift Bank Transfer, please do let us know your Country / City, so accordingly we can send the details of our bank with Swift Code and other details.

Vouchers

Service Vouchers are not transferable and valid only for the service mentioned therein. Any services not specifically requested, confirmed and noted on voucher will not be rendered. All extras to be paid directly to the service provider.

Cancellation / Refunds

Cancellations charges will be levied for bookings cancelled after issuance of the vouchers. Refund requests for curtailed stays cannot be processed unless provided with documentary evidence from Hotel / Resort / the service provider. All refund requests are subject to obtaining a refund approval from the Hotel / Resort / the service provider and no refund can be given without this approval. The Hotel / Resort / the service provider reserve the right to process and whether or not to approve the refund request and if necessary may be charged an administrative fee. For packages, no refund can be processed for partially utilized services and no-shows.

Accommodation bookings or Package cancellation charges do apply as below:

• 25% of tariff for cancellation prior to 14 Days before check-in date (not inclusive of the check-in date)
• 75% of tariff for cancellation less than 07 Days before check-in date (not inclusive of the check-in date)
• No refund or cancellation less than Three working days before check-in date (not inclusive of the check-in date)

Responsibility

It is understood that, we act as agent only for all services covered hereby. Further we shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage resulting from acts of God, dangers, fire, breakdown of machinery, equipment or vehicles, acts of government authority, wars, civil disturbances, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines or any delays or changes including any extra expenses which the passenger may incur as a result of any of the foregoing causes.

Wildlife Sightings

All forms of wildlife viewing and adventure activities by our guests will be in the company of trained naturalist. Every possible care and precaution will be taken to ensure the safety of our guests. However Falcon Tours & Travels is not liable for any untoward incidents that may rise during outdoor activities. Further our company is not liable for willful or negligent acts by guests during wildlife and adventure activities. Falcon Tours & Travels also will not guarantee of wildlife sightings and it is purely on luck.

Governing Law

All legal disputes will be settled under the laws of Indian courts subject to laws of Republic of India. First preference for resolving any dispute would be through good faith negotiation among the parties, the client and Falcon Tours & Travels. In case such dispute can not be resolved amicably within 30 days, the dispute will require intervention of courts, the courts in Bangalore alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
