DAY 01: Mumbai

Falcon Tours and Travels Meet and greet on arrival and transfer to Hotel. Depending on your arrival time relax or half day sightseeing, visit to The Gateway of India - The Gateway of India was constructed in the year 1924 is the greatest tourist halt of Mumbai. The Gateway of India is the monument stood testament to British Supremacy, Prince of Wales Museum - Prince of Wales Museum is one of the best museums the country was structured in the year 1914 and surrounded by all the beautiful landscapes of Mumbai. A wise collection of painting, art, old fire arms and rare coins in Prince of Wales Museum makes the spot a worth destination to tour. Return back to the hotel and overnight.

DAY 02: Mumbai

Falcon Tours and TravelsMorning after breakfast, proceed for full day sightseeing, visit to Elephanta Island - Elephanta Cave Island - The Elephanta Island was the capital of the powerful coastal kingdom and the mine of caves from 6th century. When the Portuguese took control of the island, they named it after a monolith of an elephant, Hanging Gardens - Hanging Garden is laid on the top of Malabar Hill provide a magnificent view of the city. The Hanging Garden or Ferozshah Mehta is a genuine tourist halt since 1881, Chattrapati Shivaji Terminus - It is the most imposing Building in Mumbai where countries first train rolled out. It is formerly known as the Victoria Terminus and thus there remains a statute of queen Victoria at the entrance of the terminus. It looks like a church than a railway station. Later on in the evening visit to Marine Drive - It is also known as the Netaji Subash Chandra Marg, a bustling waterfront walkway. Every evening thousands of visitors make their cool visit to Marine Drive to see its stunning sunset. Marine Drive runs from the Nariman point to the foot of Malabar hill, is built on the land reclaimed along the Arabian shore. Evening time for shopping or go for the best restaurant for dinner. Return back to the hotel and overnight.

DAY 03: Mumbai / Lonavala (105 Kms / 3 Hrs)

Falcon Tours and TravelsMorning after breakfast, check out of the hotel and proceed to Lonavala. On arrival at Lonavala, check in to the Hotel / Resort and freshen up, Lunch. Later on Half Day sight seeing, visit to Bhushi Dam - This is definitely one of the most exciting sites to visit in Lonavala. This dam has a beautiful waterfall in the vicinity, which is a must see. The surrounding area of the dam has been developed into a beautiful catchments area for tourists to enjoy, Karla Caves - The Karla caves are important historic Buddhist sites that were built around 2-3rd century BC. The cave shrines are popular among all tourists and are visited by everyone who comes to Lonavala. Return back to the Hotel / Resort and overnight.

DAY 04: Lonavala

Falcon Tours and TravelsMorning after breakfast, proceed for full day sightseeing, visit to Ryewood Park and Shivaji Udyan - Ryewood Park and Shivaji Udyan are beautiful gardens that have perfectly manicured grass, tall trees, beautiful flowers and lot of place to sit around and relax. If you are coming with your family, this place will be ideal for you to visit. You can also explore the ancient Shiva temple that is located in the premises here, Valvan Dam - The Valvan Dam is another important tourist attraction here. The catchment area of the dam has been converted into a lovely picnic spot with a beautiful garden. The dam basically provides water to the Khopoli power station, in order to generate electricity, Tungarli Lake - The Tungarli Lake is a beautiful lake that looks crystal clear during the monsoons. This lake basically provides water to the residents of Lonavala. It provides much peace and serenity to all those who long to take a break from the fast city life and spend time with nature. Later on in the evening, visit to Lonavala Lake - Yet another beautiful lake, Lonavala Lake is the place to be if you are looking for peace and beauty. The lake is surrounded by natural beauty and you can see nature at its best. Return back to the Hotel / Resort and overnight.

DAY 05: Lonavala / Pune (65 Kms / 2 Hrs)

Lunch and half day sightseeing, visit to The Osho International Commune - It is in Koregaon Park where thousands of foreigners come to take part in the meditation courses organized by the Ashram. It has founded by Osho Rajneesh and Samadhi is located in the Ashram, Shindyanchi Chhatri - It is a temple adorned with Rajasthani architecture where you can witness the memories of the great warrior, Mahadji Shinde and later on in the evening visit to Bund Garden - This is a fascinating garden that lies on the bank of the Mula Mutha River. It is now popularly known as the Mahatma Gandhi Udyan. Boating facilities are available. Return back to the hotel, freshen up and proceed for a night life / dine in the best restaurant in Pune City. Overnight.

DAY 06: Pune / Mahabaleshwar (120 Kms / 3 Hrs)

Freshen up and half day sightseeing, visit to Arthur's Seat - is Queen of all points. Some compare the stratification of rocks on southern side to the world famous stratification of rocks of the Grand Canyon of Colorado. USA. It is fascinating to see the barren deep valley Savitri on the left & shallow green valley on the right, Babington point - Makarandgadh ,Solshi and Koyna valley can be easily seen from this point. On the way to Babington point is the Bishop tank- live streams , which are worth visiting, Lodwick Point - Elephant's Head Point as it is commonly called. If viewed from a specific point one can see Pratapgad from here. General Lodwick after whose name this point is named was the first European to visit Mahabaleshwar. Return back to the resort and overnight.

DAY 07: Mahabaleshwar

Falcon Tours and TravelsMorning after breakfast, full day sightseeing, visit to Connaught Peak - is the second highest point in Mahabaleshwar. Presents panoramic view of a green carpet. You can see sunrise as well as sunset from this point. At its north you can see Torana, Kamalgadh and Rajgadh, Helen's Point - This place is also known as Blue Valley. You can see a beautiful water fall at this place which is followed by River Salshi. It is 4 kms. away from main market. Other points in this area are Gavalani Point, Robbers Caves and North coat point, Venna Lake - this Lake has its own identity, and is capable of drawing ones attraction towards it. The main attraction over here is Boating which is enjoyed by everyone. Venna lake is covers an area of about 27 acres. Water supply to Mahabaleshwar is through this Lake, Kate's Point - It is a huge rock which stands 50 mts high. It is about 6 km away from Venna Lake. Founder of Mahabaleshwar was Sir John Malcom he had a daughter named Kate and this point is named after her name. Offers breathtaking view of Krishna valley & deep waters of the dhom dam, Mumbai Point - It is commonly known as Sunset Point. It was on the old road to Bombay hence the name. Pratapgadh is seen at the north of this point. It is one of the most popular and oldest point in Mahabaleshwar. Crowd gathers to see the beautiful Sunset over here. Return back to the Hotel / Resort and overnight.

DAY 08: Mahabaleshwar / Mumbai (240 Kms / 6 Hrs)

Morning after breakfast, check out of the hotel and proceed to Mumbai Airport to board your flight for your connecting flight back to your destination. Tour Ends.
